Nectarine Chicken


1 kilo of chicken chopped in 2cm cubes (you can also use pork).
3/4 kg onions.
200 g of CIELITO LINDO agave nectar.
Soy sauce to taste.
1 table spoon sesame oil.


Heat oil in a frying pan and citron the onions. 
Add soy sauce and nectar, let thicken. 
Add the chicken pre-cooked with spices and cook 5 minutes over low heat. Another option is to add the caramelized onions over chicken. 
Garnish with parsley and sesame oil.
